MPC Kinetic’s Well Servicing business provides well servicing solutions to Australia’s onshore oil and gas sector, utilising some of the world’s most innovative, purpose-designed, truck-mounted service rigs.
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and able to show initiative. You MUST have a minimum of 10 years drilling or completions experience with approximately 5 years supervisory experience. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Identify, and drive process and equipment improvements across MPK to improve team performance and reduce wastage of resources or time.
- Develop and coach Rig Mangers / crew members on people and equipment handling, assuring that documentation processes and maintenance planning is conducted effectively to ensure compliance and reduce NPT.
- Create and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with key stakeholders, potential clients and existing clients.
- Assure that the legislative requirements and permits are valid and in date.
- Ensure that all new equipment builds are planned effectively, and project controls are effective and utilized fully.
- Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
- Monitor and report on rigs and subcontracted equipment / personnel performance.
- Monitor equipment work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner’s standards & statutory regulations.
- Monday to Friday roster available for locals or alternatively a 14/14 roster

- Diploma in Well Servicing Operations including well servicing operations certification II, III, & IV
- IWCF Well Control Level 4 Supervisor
- Industry Safety Induction (ISI)

- Provide First Aid with cardiopulmonary resuscitation
